Love the way her eyes "pop" in this photo! Great shot.
I have just started shooting in RAW. I shoot in both simultaneously and found out like you did that photo shops don't convert. Crud!
I've also found out that shooting in dual mode means I need to carry several more flash cards with me! I also just went out and bought a 300gig back up disk because all the HUGE RAW files are going to kill my computer. *lol*
